Since it is equipped with digital mechanism , DM3000 overcomes mercury sphygmomanometers with its function. Deflation can be set at the ideal rate for the measurer and pressure can be confirmed on segmental display as a digital value as well as a colum display.  What is most significantly superior to mercury sphygmomanometer about DM3000 is that it can be easily switched to a fully automatic blood pressure monitor. Depression of its button will start inflation of the cuff with TWIN-PUMP, which allows minimizing inflation time no matter how big or small your patient's arm is, yet controlling inflation rate adjusted to arm circumference , followed by deflation of the cuff at a stable deflation rate controlled by TWIN-ECV.

Mesurement result is stored in the memory as regular digital blood pressure monitors do and up to 30 measurement result can be recalled.

DM3000 is digital , replacing mercury columns with digitally processed column display , but it does not fill the waste bin with used batteries.  It is powered with AC adapter or rechargeable battery.
